Dr. Lemanski is a central Texas native who grew up in Georgetown, went to college in San Marcos and Houston and lived in Austin from 1995 until 2007 when she moved back to Georgetown.  She has been happily married to her husband Mike since 1994.  She started dating him in 1987, while they were both in high school and they never broke up!  They now have two daughters born in 1997 and 2000, who are the lights of their lives.  They also have many pets, including an American Eskimo dog, a Blue Lacy dog, an African Grey Parrot, two sugar gliders, several fish and their younger daughter has a Bearded Dragon. Her favorite hobbies include working with horses, cycling and running, gardening, reading, dog training and playing with (and talking about) her sugar gliders.

Her initial exposure to the field of Optometry was through her father, who is also an Optometrist, but she says she’d like to think she would have found Optometry anyway because she truly loves her work.  Her favorite thing about working at Parmer Eye Care is that she’s been given the opportunity to work with the best staff in the world!  Her greatest skills relating to patient care are the ability to truly listen to and understand the needs of her patients and the perseverance to continue to work on a problem until it is resolved to the absolute best of her ability.

Dr. Jennifer Khanh was born and raised in Houston, Texas.  She attended the University of Texas at Austin where she received her Bachelors of Science degree in Human Biology.  She went on to pursue her Doctor of Optometry degree at the University of Houston College of Optometry, where she graduated with Honors.  While in school, Dr. Khanh completed valuable internship rotations.  At the University Eye Institute in Houston, TX, she worked in the Neuro-ophthalmology clinic where she managed patients with Multiple Sclerosis, Thyroid eye disease, and traumatic brain injuries.  She also completed an internship at NSU College of Optometry in Tahlequah, Oklahoma with a primary focus on the treatment and management of ocular diseases associated with Diabetes, Hypertension, and Glaucoma.  She has had extensive training in specialty contact lens fittings as well as co-management of Lasik and cataract patients.  Upon graduating, she convinced her husband, Chris, to make the move to Austin (which wasn’t very hard to do) in hopes of starting her optometric career in a city she adored.

Dr. Khanh is a proud member of the Central Texas Optometric Society and is certified by the Texas Optometry Board as a Therapeutic Optometrist and Optometric Glaucoma Specialist.

She enjoys running, traveling, reading, finding new trailer foodcarts around town and especially anything that involves spending time with her husband and two pugs, CJ and Kali.

Tanya has been an Optician for over 20 years.  She has been with Parmer Eye Care for more than 10 of those years. Her experience has covered most all aspects in the office.  Her expertise has been in the medical aspect of Optometry.  Currently Tanya is the  insurance director at Parmer Eye Care.  If you have any questions about insurance that someone else can’t answer…Tanya is the one to talk to.

Garin has been an Optician since 1995 and has worked for Dr. Lemanski since 1998.  He went to college at Texas State University and got his Bachelor of Science focusing on chemistry, biology, and psychology.  Currently Garin is the office manager and has been since 2000.  If you need the best eyeglass adjustment, have a question about lenses(eyeglasses or contacts), or simply have questions about why Parmer Eye Care is the best place for you..Garin is the one to talk to.

Belen has been employed at Parmer Eye Care since 2009.  She has proven to be a valuable asset in our office.  She is fluent in Spanish.  She also does contact lens training classes, frame adjustments, frame styling, verifies insurance for patients, works up patients for doctors, and much much more.

Wendy has been an Optician since 2007.  She started her optical career at Parmer Eye Care and is still an important team member.  She is one of our key insurance coordinators.  She is also found helping patients at the front desk where she is able to adjust glasses, take care of patient billing, frame styling, and much much more.

Lois has been a certified Optician for more than 17 years.  She has been with Parmer Eye Care since 1998.  She works at the front desk and helps coordinate the daily work at Parmer Eye Care.  She also does great eyeglass adjustments, contact lens training classes, frame styling, insurance pulling, and much much more.

Kathy started work with Parmer Eye Care in 2010.  She has over 4 years optical experience and has been a valuable asset for us.  She checks patients in for their appointments, bill patients out, does contact lens training classes, frame styling, and much much more.

Farah has been employed at Parmer Eye Care since 2009.  She has proven to be a valuable asset in our office.  She is able to adjust glasses, frame style patients, bill patients out, work up patients to get them ready to see the doctors, and much much more.
